How we work
Quality
Quality is monitored at every stage of production using custom-designed software, from incoming raw material to the finished closure.
Our process control philosophy is simple: every process and every production step should be measurable and optimisable. By monitoring material and production data from goods-in to dispatch, deviations are caught early and waste and time are reduced across all stages.
We schedule production in work cells so that each step is planned and tracked. Where a closure has a sealing function — for spirits, wine or pharma — the liner and top-forming stage is given particular attention so that the seal performs on the specified bottle neck finish.

Common questions
Quality & specification FAQ
Can you match our existing closure?
Yes — send a sample or drawing with the neck finish, size, liner and print details and we will work to match it.
Which liner should we use?
It depends on your product and filling method. We will recommend a liner from the available materials for your application.
Do you provide printed closures?
Yes. Wet-on-wet printing up to four colours is available with matte, satin or gloss finish, plus dry-offset printing for wine closures.
